Delivery and Handling

Delivery Options

Customers can choose one of two delivery options:

• Express Delivery: items will be delivered to the customer the next day of the order being placed. Express Delivery charges are 1.500 KWD for any area to which we deliver in Kuwait (see below)
• Regular Delivery: items will be delivered to the customer within 2 to 3 days of the order being placed. Regular Delivery is free of charge for any area to which we deliver in Kuwait (see below).

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all areas in Kuwait. We currently do not deliver or ship outside Kuwait.

Handling

All items will be handled and delivered by Handpicked House to the customer using a delivery partner.

Returns and Refund

Items are not returnable except in the following cases:

• If an item is received damaged
• If the wrong item is received 

In these cases, customers must notify us within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the order. Once notified, we will process the return and issue a refund.

For returns, we will send our drivers to pick up the returned item directly from the customer.

If an item is missing from the order, the customer may chose to either have the amount paid for that item refunded or have the missing item delivered without any extra charges.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days directly into the customers chosen method of payment.
